Credibility

• Potomac Housing is owned by F. Page Burdette. Mr. Burdette built his first rental property in 1976. He knows the local market and is a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors. He also is past president and long time board member of the Eastern Panhandle Homebuilders Association. He was elected builder of the year in 2001.

Economy and Finance

• Because of its extensive experience in the housing industry, Potomac Housing is a source for information on growth and development, economic expansions, infrastructure development, impact and capacity enhancement fees, insurance and real estate property taxes. Importantly, Potomac Housing is equipped to pay all your operating expenses from mortgages to utilities and insurance to real estate taxes. Each owner sets a spending limit by contract for non-budgeted expense.

• Potomac Housing - Realtors, LLC, employs 45 sub-contractors for major projects. Minor routine maintenance issues are handled by a Burdette owned firm, Martinsburg Rental Property Maintenance Co. Inc. (MRPMCI), to reduce maintenance expenses. Additionally, because Potomac Housing has the capacity to extend water and sewer lines and builds structures, more extensive projects may be contracted.

• For years, Potomac Housing has successfully, on request, sold properties whenever asked. As a licensed broker, Potomac Housing and its sales agents also are members of the regional multi-list.

• Potomac Housing-Realtors, LLC. is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders through the Eastern Panhandle (WV) Home Builders Association, the National Association of Realtors through the Eastern Panhandle (WV) Board of Realtors, and the Martinsburg-Berkeley County (WV) Chamber of Commerce. It also is a member of the regional multi-list MRIS.
