Credibility

• Potomac Housing is owned and operated by Lois and  F. Page Burdette. Mr. Burdette built his first rental property in 1976. He knows the local market and is a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors. He also is past president and long time board member of the Eastern Panhandle Homebuilders Association. He is a member of the West Virginia Home Builders Association Board of Directors.  He was elected builder of the year in 2001.

Economy and Finance

• Because of its extensive experience in the housing construction industry, Potomac Housing is a source for information on growth and development, economic expansions, infrastructure development, impact and capacity enhancement fees, insurance and real estate property taxes. Importantly, Potomac Housing is equipped to pay all your operating expenses from mortgages to utilities and insurance to real estate taxes. Each owner sets a spending limit by contract for non-budgeted expense.  Property owners may also benefit from Potomac Housing's extensive experience with Limited Liability companies, Estate Planning, and insurance issues.  As always, owners are advised to seek counsel from attoreys or certified public accountants. 

• Potomac Housing - Realtors, LLC, employs 45 sub-contractors for major projects. Minor routine maintenance may be handled in house, to reduce maintenance expenses. Additionally, because Potomac Housing has the capacity to extend water and sewer lines and construct to  build structures, more extensive projects may be undertaken as needed.

• As multi-list members,, Potomac Housing has successfully, sold properties whenever asked. As a licensed broker, Potomac Housing and its sales agents are proactive in advertising, marketing, as asset management.
