Mr. Burdette is an active REALTOR®, and developer, principally in Berkeley County, West Virginia. A licensed real estate broker and member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS®, he also has served 13 years on the board of directors of the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association and is a past president of that board. Named Builder of the year by the Homebuilders, he is a life director for the association and a Life Spike member. A Rotarian for more than 33 years, he is active with the Martinsburg Rotary Club. Three times elected chairman of the finance committee of First Baptist Church, he also serves as fiscal officer for the church's new Ridge Road Campus. He received his B.A. degree from Dakota Wesleyan University with minors in economics and business administration, then worked as reporter and editor for 30 years including 14 years as the editor of The Journal at Martinsburg before founding several local companies. He is president of Burdette Properties, Inc., president of Potomac Housing Developers, Inc., manager of Oaks Realty, LLC and president/broker of Potomac Housing REALTORS®, LLC. Married to Lois Burdette, he is the father of 5 children and grandfather of 15.

Kayla, who expects to be gratuated from Martinsburg High School in May with a 4.3 cummulative GPA, also is enrolled with Potomac State University. A member of Rachael's Challenge and the National Honor Society, she contributes many hours of volunteer service. She is captain of the Martinsburg High School Colorguard and plans to continue her education at Shepherd University pursing Accounting and Performing Arts.

Kim is a proud graduate of the York Comprehensive High School in York, SC. Upon graduating, Kim married Ricky Martin and are now proud parents of four children; Kendall, Candice, Cayce, and Ryan who are all accomplished in school and extra curricular activities. Kim is currently a member of the Women's Ministry team at First Baptist Church in Martinsburg, WV. Each year, Mrs. Martin attends the Women of Faith conferences in D.C. She enjoys performing dramas, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Following high school, Melissa attended the University of West Florida for her freshman year. Currently, Melissa is a nursing major at Shepherd University. Melissa is a very detail oriented person.

Brooke Mosses, who holds her bachelor of science degree from Towson University, serves as administrative assistant at Potomac Housing. She previously has worked with an area construction trade as an administrative assistant and for four years as a procurement analyst at Equity Residential, Chicago, Ill. | Potomac Housing employs a full-time maintenance staff. Nathan is experienced in carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Pam has many years experience in cleaning residential and commercial properties. She also works in a variety of mowing duties. Potomac Housing also employs more than 40 subcontractors for extensive or specialized work which may range from complete renovations including rebuilding a structure, or replacement of water or sewer lines.
