Mr. Burdette is an active REALTOR®, developer, and builder principally in Berkeley County, West Virginia. A licensed real estate broker and member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS®, he also has served 12 years on the board of directors of the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association and is a past president of that board. Named Builder of the year by the Homebuilders, he is a life director for the association and a Life Spike member. A Rotarian for more than 31 years, he is active with the Martinsburg Rotary International Foreign Exchange Program. Three times elected chairman of the finance committee of First Baptist Church, he also has been elected a deacon 5 times and serves as fiscal officer for the church's new Ridge Road Campus. He received his B.A. degree from Dakota Wesleyan University with minors in economics and business administration, then worked as reporter and editor for 30 years including 14 years as the editor of The Journal at Martinsburg before founding several local companies. Potomac Housing Assistant Property Manager and Marketing Coordinator Summer Lackey of Martinsburg was graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in journalism and a master's degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication. Sarah Grubb was graduated 4th in her class (summa cum laude) of 298 with a 4.4 GPA. Named to the National Honor Society, Sarah was awarded West Virginia's Promise Scholarship. She is proficient in most computer skills and is accomplished in mathematics. She is a former employee at an area law firm. She is currently an honors student at Shepherd University. On May 1, 2007, she was awarded the Rubye McCormick Scholarship as an outstanding student and leader in her class. She also has received an Outstanding Service Award from Potomac Housing. Sarah is active in her church and community.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of JeffersonHigh School, with a cumulative 4.2 GPA, Chelsey Smith joined Potomac Housing in 2008. Chelsey is the recipient of numerous athletic, academic and service awards during high school. Currently at sophomore a ShepherdUniversity, she has been awarded admission to Shepherd’s honor’s program and earned the Harper’s Ferry Alumni, C.W. Shipley and WV Promise Scholarships. Chelsey possesses an outgoing personality and you will enjoy working with her.
Kimberly Foltz, Broker’s Assistant Kimberly works closely with owners, tenants and vendors to assure continuity in record keeping, maintenance assignments and communication. An honors graduate of MartinsburgHigh School, she is a student at ShepherdUniversity where she is completing her undergraduate degree with a double major in business administration and in accounting. Heavily involved in community service, Kim is a Dean’s List student, president of Delta Sigma Pi, a business fraternity at Shepherd. Employed in accounting areas previously, she has extensive background in customer service.
